Data Deletion

How to disconnect accounts and delete your DP Social data.

Remove a connected account

  1. Sign in to DP Social at dpsocial.ca.
  2. Open the client workspace, then the Accounts tab.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted immediately.

Remove DP Social from Google / YouTube

  1. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Select DP Social and click Delete all connections (or Remove access).

Remove DP Social from Facebook or Instagram

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  2. Find DP Social and click Remove.
  3. This stops DP Social from accessing your Pages and linked Instagram accounts.

Delete all your data

Email support@digitalparadise.ca with the subject "DP Social data deletion request" from the email address on your account.

We will delete your account, connected account tokens, scheduled and past post records, and team memberships within 30 days, and confirm by email.

Media files

Uploaded images and videos are already deleted automatically after each post is published. Media from unpublished drafts is deleted when you delete the draft or your account.
